End of the Century is a 1996 album by Wisconsin punk rock band, Boris the Sprinkler, which covers the fifth album by the Ramones in its entirety. It was recorded for under $500 in bassist Eric No. 2's basement studio, a cost of less than one-half of one percent of the recording cost of the original album.
Why am I telling you how cheaply this was recorded? Well if you wanted a Ramones 8 track of end of the century you're looking at at least $100 if you can find it! So let's try to keep the cost down and now you can get this version on a brand new 8track with all the hits!
This will be our first release of the Ramones cover series by Clearview Records / Selfless records. We plan to release all of so don't miss out now because you know you're going to want to collect all of them and have the whole collection once it's finished! Don't be the person kicking yourself in the pants knowing that you missed out on this.
This is a presale for an approximate May release 2022. The photo above is just for reference and will not reflect the actual eight track you receive.
All cartridges will be red ♥️ and be limited to 27 copies.
If there are to be any future copies made or a second run they will not be red cartridges. They will be on black. We picked red for this release because of the album color art and in the future each Ramones cover album will have its own color associated with its release so they stand out from each other. No duplicate colors will be used. But second runs will always be in Black.
Second run is now up for sale and will be ready to shop approximately August 2022! Thank you!
Thank you guys!!! Dr. No and Double
